I know I always say the revenue numbers are bad. In November, they were worse. Finance Commissioner Dave Goetz started off today’s state funding board meeting with the preliminary numbers. November revenues were $106.2 million below revenue estimates. That puts the state $323.9 million in the hole through the first quarter of the fiscal year. [...]
