Today, the political news in the state today is actually national politics. Republican presidential candidate Sen. John McCain will be in Nashville later this afternoon holding a town hall meeting at the Ryman Auditorium. In addition, we’re still waiting to hear who Democratic superdelegate Governor Phil Bredesen will endorse. He indicated over the weekend that he will wait until after the primaries on Tuesday to make his decision. I am at the airport right now covering the governor, and will later be at the Ryman covering McCain. I have my computer with me and will update the blog during the day.
